Anyone know how to increase score(rank) at Google?

It’s pretty sad tell you about my trouble which has been on-going since last 2-3 weeks, I have done everything that one could think of doing to improve upon my web site score at Google, at the moment it’s hardly bad at 69, but there is no point been stuck at there since I am required to have it at least up to 85 for Google to approved it –
